A great place to recruit people would be gun shows, here in Virginia, we have members recruit at at least one gun show a weekend.
I am the state leader in Virginia and can help you with anything you need, from where to stay in DC ( live in the DC metro area) to recruiting info.

Hi Laurel, welcome aboard and thanks for stepping up. Another suggestion, if you listen to local radio stations that have conservative sounding DJs you may stop in and give them a flyer and a little info. Ask them to check into it and if they feel like they can back our operation to please help spread the word. My local station started doing public service announcements less than 20 minutes after I visited. (The dozen donuts I took them may have helped a little).
