Act, 2013
A call to action from the people
of Texas
To:
The Governor of The State of Texas;
Governor Rick Perry;
And to the Legislature of the State of Texas.
The State of Texas, Nullification of UN Agenda 21, and UN
Small Arms Treaty.

We the people of the State of Texas hereby
request that Governor Perry call a special session of the
Texas State Legislature for the purposes of protecting and
preserving the sovereignty and independence of the State of
Texas against intrusions by a foreign entity. Including such
intrusions and insurrections which are currently being instituted
by the Federal Government of The United States of America
and the Barack H Obama administration. Specifically intrusions
both planned and currently being imposed by the United Nations
Agenda 21 and the White House Counsel on Rural Sustainable
Development created by US President Barack H. Obama, known
as Executive Order # 13575.
We also request that the Texas Legislature block and otherwise
nullify any and all Federal or United Nations legislation
to impose any form of firearms restrictions or controls through
any treaty agreements by the federal government and the United
Nations Small Arms Treaty.
We the people of the State of Texas believe that the State
of Texas shall be exempt from any legislation imposed by the
Federal government in conjunction with any and all United
Nations agendas, initiatives, and/or treaties. The United
Nations shall have no authority in or over the State of Texas,
its territories, or the people of the State of Texas.

GRIEVENCES AND COMPLAINTS OF THE PEOPLE:
It is the belief of the people of the State of Texas that the
stated goals, objectives, and initiatives of these United Nations
Agendas and White House Executive Counsel doctrines are in direct
violation of, and pose a grave and impending threat, to the
sovereignty and integrity of the State of Texas.
The people of the State of Texas further charge that under the
combined effects of several Federal legislative actions and
combined White House executive orders signed by the President
pose a grave and impending threat and danger to the freedom
and sovereignty of the people of Texas.

ACTIONS:
Nullification of impending federal and foreign regulations and/or
laws, resolutions, restrictions or impositions.
We ask that the Governor and the Legislature of the State of
Texas pass immediate resolutions to declare that the State of
Texas shall be independent and immune to any actions or declarations
set forth by any and all foreign entities and/or any White House
Executive orders of counsels which would impose the agenda or
doctrines of any such foreign entities.
We ask that the Legislature and the Governor of the State of
Texas act immediately to protect and preserve the sovereignty
of the great State of Texas.

URGENCY:
We believe that time is of the essence in dealing with this
matter.
The Obama administration knows the people of this country
are very much becoming aware of their agenda and plans of
transforming America.
We now know and understand what was intended when those words
were uttered prior to the election of Obama to office in 2008.
And the Obama administration has now become aware that we
know and understand it.
We do not believe they will allow this administration to lose
the elections in November 2012. They believe they have the
power to complete their transformation to a Marxist state
and have no intention of relinquishing that power under any
circumstances. Much less a pesky little thing like a constitutionally
required election cycle in which they run the risk of losing.
The Obama administration needs a state of chaos, a state of
crisis, an emergency that would allow them to initiate a state
of Martial-Law throughout the country.
This could be accomplished in any of several ways.
Either an attack on Israel or an attack by Israel on Iran
would put the entire Middle East and the world in a state
of crisis and high alert.
Another financial crisis brought on by a severe drop in the
banking industry or in the stock markets. There is already
talk of yet another QE3 "bail-out" by the administration
being presented due to the world banking situation. This could
trigger just such a financial crisis. All banking systems
would be shut down.
In short there are any number of ways this administration
could declare a state of emergency. Once a state of emergency
is declared the transportation system could be controlled
and all deliveries of goods and materials could be halted.
This would cause a run on the grocery stores and create complete
chaos throughout the country. The "Occupy Wall Street"
protest movements are designed to create unrest with the ultimate
goal of creating chaos and crisis. These actions and goals
are designed and have been outlined and described in detail
for more than fifty years in books and materials writen by
Saul Alinski and others whom the Obama administration are
following.
That in turn would be sufficient to declare Martial Law,
and that would be enough to declare the November elections
null and void.
We believe the Obama administration knows they are running
out of time. They cannot afford to wait until the last minute
to enact this "State of Emergency" That would be
too obvious. It must be done sooner, and the sooner the better
after March or April 2012.

CONCERNS OF FEDERAL LEGISLATION PASSED AND/OR
ENACTED;
UN Agenda 21, and the White House Counsel on Rural Sustainable
Development, (EO #13575)
This executive order and convening government counsels authorize
the seizure of private property without compensation or regard
to the rights of individual property owners. It provides for
the control and regulation of open rural lands including pastures
and farmlands. It authorizes the United Nations and/or the Federal
Government to regulate the use or access to all rural lands
within the territory of The United States. Under this regulation
or legislation the Executive Counsels or the UN may determine
who may be allowed to occupy what land or acreage and what the
purposes under which that acreage may or may not be used. Under
the determinations of the counsels vast quantities of Texas
rural acreage may be declared "off-limits" to any
use or occupancy by any one. Vast quantities of open acreage
could be declared "environmentally protected". Under
the doctrines or the UN Agenda 21 ALL open rural lands which
are not specifically designated for production of agriculture
or for the production of energy resources can and would be declared
the property of the United Nations. |
NDAA, S.1867, National Defense Authorization
Act, 2012, Dec 31, 2011
Under this legislation which would typically be enacted for
the purpose of authorizing expenditures of the US Military,
legislation was included that designated all US territory to
be potential military war zone. And it further designated all
Christian, church groups, Active Military, States Militias,
or Military veterans, as potential terrorists which may pose
a "threat" to the Government or this administration.
Executive Order National Defense Preparedness Resources Authorization
Act. March 16th, 2012;
This executive order authorizes the White House and several
underlying agency counsels to seize virtually all lands, minerals,
and resources in the territory of The United States. These resources
may include farmland and crops, livestock, machinery, private
vehicles, homes and ranches, energy resources, industrial complexes,
businesses, buildings and warehouses, and literally anything
else deemed necessary. It also provides for the enforcement
of virtual "slave-labor" by authorizing the government
to require individuals to perform work details or work related
duties without compensation. This type of executive order legislation
has been enacted in previous administrations and was intended
to provide the federal government with access to energy, agricultural,
and labor resources required for sustaining itself under times
of severe conflict and open war. However this president has
also included that this legislation may also be enforced during
peacetime without any declaration of war or conflict. |

It is important to note here that we
are NOT suggesting secession from the United States.

The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X) to the United States Constitution,
which is part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December
15, 1791.[1] The Tenth Amendment states the Constitution's
principle of federalism by providing that powers not granted
to the federal government nor prohibited to the States by
the Constitution are reserved to the States or the people.
