This clearly stands against your arguments against "common law" in the United States. Color me confused!

Yes, Nebraska, I'm aware that the 7th Amendment references common law, and have addressed it before in my writings.


That reference to "common law" is merely a general indication to legal suits where there is a general claim of being wronged, but no specific law, or statute, that can be applied to that wrong.

Nowhere does that 7th Amendment general reference involve any elevation of British common law, or common law generally, to any sort of governing principle of this country.

The purpose of the 7th Amendment's reference is to indicate the right to a trial by a jury of one's peers, and not to recognize the common law as governing principle. So, no, it does not "clearly" stand against my arguments common law grand juries at all, nor does it stand aganst the fact that we severed all ties from that Common Law feudal principle at the time of this nation's founding.

The question is "To be or not to be", if you are religious than you may want to weigh that against your "Patriotism". If you don't understand this point or concern than look up "VOLAGS" or you may want to weigh your "Patriotism" against your religion and find out what the "State Department" is doing with your tax money to resettle Legal and Illegal Muslims immigrants here in America. The fact that the ZeeklyTV video won't play on your browswers is sort of strange. I know the guy (we're not 'friends') who started Zeekly and ZeeklyTV as alternatives to Google's and Youtube's prejudicial screening of information. The video plays fine on my Firefox browser. I'm sure it can be found on Youtube.

Part of why I disagree with the Zeekly Founder, Jeff, is that I question both his judgment and motivation. For instance, on more than one occasion Jeff has broadcast that our right to "Life, Liberty and pursuit of Happiness" even entitles "Communists" to start a community, say in "Southern California", and to "make laws" in support of how they want to live their lives.

From my own perspective, this is a very corrupt view of our founding principles and the Constitution. We are protected by the Constitution being the "supreme law of the land" from individuals wanting to find their "happiness" by engaging in Communist confiscation, redistribution and social engineering schemes, at our expense. That protection is what this country is all about.
